ISBA/IAPSS Collective Bargaining Seminar
 

       ISBA and IAPSS developed a new seminar focusing on collective bargaining issues.  Combining the former "basics" and "advanced" seminars into one seminar.  As the title of the seminar suggests, this seminar is devoted to educating superintendents, assistant superintendents, business managers, school board members, and school negotiators about current issues related to Indiana's bargaining law and the process of negotiating master contracts with the teachers' associations.
