Following adjournment of the Indiana General Assembly, ten regional
meetings are held statewide to discuss the effect the General Assembly
will have on the operation of Indiana’s public schools. ISBA lobbyists
Dr. Frank Bush, Executive Director will present the details of newly
enacted legislation and David Emmert, General Counsel will
speak to legal issues. In addition, ISBA
will request from local board members suggestions for proposed legislation
to be use by the Legislative Committee for presentation to the Delegate
Assembly at ISBA’s Fall Conference.
