Legislative Bulletin
- The Legislative Bulletin contains
education related bills proposed by the 2012 Indiana General Assembly.
The Legislative Bulletin is compiled and authored by the
Associations' staff. It is intended as an informational publication
for use by ISBA, IAPSS, and IASBO Members.

ISBA Legislative Resolutions -Updated
10/17/2011
- The ISBA Legislative Committee, a
standing committee of ISBA, is appointed annually by the Association
President. Board members throughout the State of Indiana are surveyed
requesting legislative concerns and issues. After debate and
discussion by the ISBA Delegate Assembly, these resolutions have been
adopted and are the guidelines followed by ISBA during the General
Assembly.

The ISBA Legislative Bulletin contains education-related bills
enacted by the 2011 Indiana General Assembly as of April 29, 2011. The
Bulletin is compiled and authored by the Associations' staff.
It is intended as an informational publication for use by ISBA, IAPSS
