         ISBA, through its Legal Services Division, endeavors to communicate timely legal information to its members and their legal counsel.  This web page serves as another resource to accomplish this purpose.

	2010-2011 Indiana School Laws and Rules         The Indiana School Laws and Rules is a comprehensive volume of Indiana laws and regulations         pertaining to education.  Because of the re-numbering of all parts of Title 20 of the  Education         Code by the 2005 General Assembly, the purchase of this year's edition is a practical necessity.
	Legal Services Publications        The ISBA will continue offering its legal service publications, including four quarterly issues of the         ISBA Policy Advisor and the ISBA Legal Educator  and other legal memoranda on pertinent         school law matters.
