Qualifications:
1. Understands the importance of data for planning and evaluating instructional programming. 2. Hold or be eligible to obtain an Indiana Secondary Administrative, or Building level Principal License. 3. Previous administrative experience 4. Experience preferred with INSAI 5. Demonstrated visionary leadership in curriculum, staff development and evaluation. 6. Models best practices. 7. Demonstrates experience as an instructional leader. 8. Committed to parents community and stakeholder involvement. 9. Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal. 10. Excellent organizational skills. 11. Commitment to total school improvement efforts. 12. Capacity to treat all students with respect and kindness. 13. Understands the importance of professional development and is able to plan cooperatively with staff for meaningful professional development opportunities. 14. Be able to create a culture that supports high expectations and fosters student success. 15. Understands the importance of data for planning and evaluating instruction programming. 16. Is able to use the evaluation process to improve the condition of learning and teaching in the classroom. 17. Strongly support the disciplinary decisions that are needed to run a school that educates students effectively.
Salary:
Salary commensurate with training and experience. The salary and fringe benefits package negotiated between board and final candidate.
