Instructions for Attendees:​

1. Download and open the app
2. Click the profile icon located at the top right of the app home page
3. Follow the prompts on the screen to obtain an access code - you must use the email you registered for the conference with
4. Enter the access code sent to your registration email
5. You now have full access to the app and the ability to make changes to your app profile (i.e. profile picture, name)

If you already have the conference app on your phone from last year...

• Be sure you’re using the latest version of the app. Open the App Store, search for the app (ISBA & IAPSS Events), and tap Update if available.
• If you’re already in the app and receive an error code, try swiping down to refresh.
• If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the app.
