Superintendent Evaluation
The annual superintendent evaluation must be more than a perfunctory exercise. The Indiana Superintendent Evaluation Process was created by ISBA and IAPSS to provide a comprehensive evaluation tool aligned with the state standards.
This newly revised version is designed to allow a better understanding of the work of the superintendent through objective evidence and data and an opportunity for enhanced board/superintendent communication.
